About Love's Travel Stop
Love's Travel Stop is a new and clean business that offers a convenient variety of supplies. It provides a clean and organized environment that sets a positive tone upon arrival. While some customers have experienced issues with staff rudeness, such as being treated disrespectfully by the manager, others have found the employees to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Many employees seem happy in their work and go above and beyond to help customers in need, including assisting with breakdowns even outside of their usual services. The facilities are well-equipped, ensuring that everything needed is readily available. The restrooms are spacious and impeccably clean, reflecting high hygiene standards. There have been some minor pump malfunctions, possibly due to their newness. Overall, Love's Travel Stop offers clean and convenient accommodations, but the quality of customer service can vary.
It was very busy when we stopped. Under staffed and/or overworked employees. And I totally understand that some people just don't care to put forth customer service skills. Some employees seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Please consider getting more staff. Fairly clean restrooms. Plenty of parking available. Good place to stop if you don't have an issue with unhappy customer service.
Just love this Love's! The place is bright and inviting. The washrooms are very clean and modern, with lots of stalls. There are excellent products, from food items for on-the-go to gifts & clothes. (Got myself a Christmas Story Leg Lamp sweatshirt!) The staff are friendly and it's open 24 hours. This is now my go-to gas station on my road trips through this part of NY!
Pretty decent loves. Doesn't get filled up. Of parking, showers are nice and clean. Store is nice and clean. Employees Not so friendly though. But that's a good spot to stop in this area compared to the pilot. All the washers and dryers work which is a plus.
