These guys are AMAZING! They are compassionate, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm SO thankful for their help! Some specifics: There was a major emergency at my mother's house on a Friday night. A different company delivered a washing machine and broke a pipe on the wall, leaving a huge mess and no water for the entire house. Henry H Cook answered an online inquiry less than 2 minutes after we sent it and were at her house in less than a half hour. A team of 2 - Josh and Noah - came in ready to help and ready to work. They put my mother at ease immediately and assured her they could fix what was a HUGE mess, and they did! They worked quickly while being polite, respectful, and helpful. They were not pushy or trying to sell her things; they knew right away exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. They even went and got necessary parts and came back quickly so she wouldn't have to go long without water. Once everything was fixed and working, they took extra time to test her new washing machine (even though that wasn't what they were actually there for), answer her questions, and go over the bill so she knew exactly what she was paying for. Overall I'd strongly recommend Henry H Cook to anyone!! They are the kind of people you don't mind having in your home, and you could tell that they actually cared about us as customers. My hot water tank died,I called a repair service I had a protection plan with but they could not see the problem for 8 days. I then called Henry Cook company,they called me right back then came and checked my problem. I ended up with a new tank less gas water heater installed the same day. Josh and Andy did a great job, they worked so well together and did a awesome job and clean up. I'm so very happy and will call this company again when I need another repair.
