John answered his phone immediately, walked my husband through a few troubleshooting steps, and came out first thing the next morning. He got it temporarily running so we weren’t without heat, and by Tuesday we had a brand-new furnace installed — along with a new hot water tank and some new gas line work for our mechanics. It was so much better and I'm thankful that she placed my needs above what I was saying I wanted. The design was prepared a lot faster than expected!
