John answered his phone immediately, walked my husband through a few troubleshooting steps, and came out first thing the next morning. He got it temporarily running so we weren’t without heat, and by Tuesday we had a brand-new furnace installed — along with a new hot water tank and some new gas line work for our mechanics. What started as a really stressful, anxious situation turned into relief and confidence because of how responsive, honest, and caring they were. “Dominick & Daughters did a great job helping us with our 165 year old house. The mortar in our field stone foundation was crumbling and one corner of our porch was sinking. They diagnosed the sinking porch issue as the sill plate that sits on the foundation was rotting. They expertly removed the rotted wood and replaced it with new pressure treated wood and shimmed everything back to level. Now our front door and porch windows work perfectly again. They removed the crumbling mortar from the field stone foundation and repointed it with new mortar. Great job, great people! Can’t say enough good about them.“

My experience started with another concrete professional who took a deposit did some site work, argued with me constantly and basically left me high and dry. BVM Contacted me personally to try and remedy the situation. They came within days with an estimate and gave me exactly what I wanted, and made sure that we were both on the same page. Within weeks redug the site, did all the prep and poured the most beautiful sidewalk. I couldn't speak more highly of them if I tried. 100% satisfied. “Designer listened to my needs and wants and asked me to come in because she was thinking of changing the layout I initially thought. It was so much better and I'm thankful that she placed my needs above what I was saying I wanted. The design was prepared a lot faster than expected!
