After a red wine spill, we contacted J & R Carpet Cleaning with the hope that it would not be too late to remove the stain. Tyler notified us the same evening with his expected arrival time the next day. That morning, he sent a text when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and respectful of our home. He worked diligently to not only remove the stains, he also treated the full area surrounding them making the furniture and carpet look like new. We had an area rug, two runners, a sofa, chair an ottoman cleaned by J&R and they did a fantastic job. They returned our call, arrived on time and everything looks great. Would definitely use them again.Services: Upholstery cleaning
