“After a red wine spill, we contacted J & R Carpet Cleaning with the hope that it would not be too late to remove the stain. Tyler notified us the same evening with his expected arrival time the next day. That morning, he sent a text when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and respectful of our home. He worked diligently to not only remove the stains, he also treated the full area surrounding them making the furniture and carpet look like new. Tyler suggested effective stain removal products in the event of future smaller scale stains. He far exceeded our expectations and did so on time, at a fair price. This is the 2nd time we have used J & R Carpet Cleaning and we very highly recommend them.“
