I have been very happy at this practice. My chronic shoulder and neck issues have improved tremendously. I like the location, the hours are accommodating, and I'm in and out easily within 10 to 15 minutes. A very efficient practice, especially when you're going on a regular basis. I do believe they're out of network for most insurances, but they will process the claims for you and you get reimbursed directly for the insurance company.
I moved to CNY in 2017 and struggled to find appropriate chiropractic care until I found Dr. Ted in 2023. Everyone is so pleasant and kind, the programs available are comprehensive in terms of care and flexible in terms of payment, and my wellness has never been better. I STRONGLY recommend Upstate Chiro to anyone!
Dr. Ted and all of the people in the Upstate Chiropractic office are great! He has helped me improve the health of my back, neck, and jaw in such a short time. I highly recommend them!!
