Every time I go it's another disappointment. I need to just give up on them

Betty does an amazing job! Very relaxing environment. Lots of colors to choose from and fair pricing. Only paid $70 for a mani-pedi with gel.

Friendly enough service but he cut my nails down so short it was almost painful & I think I went into shock because he never even asked me how long I preferred them. So I went in with long nails that just needed to be trimmed and filed & I left with nails so short it's uncomfortable. I literally cried when I got home because I couldn't believe I just paid $55 plus a $20 tip for my nails to be cut down to painful nubs & asked awkward questions like how old I am, how many children I have & if I have a boyfriend after he didn't even bother asking me about my nails. I should have said something as soon as he cut the first nail so extremely short without saying anything about the length to me but I was in actual disbelief I couldn't believe he'd done it so painfully short without a word.

I went to Miracle Nail because my normal place wasn't available. I had a powder gel manicure done on Thursday. By Friday morning, my thumb was broken, went back to have it repaired and it was broken by the afternoon. Noticed 2 other nails had cracks on them too. I don't work with my hands and am not rough, there is no excuse. The powder coat is way too thin and brittle. I will never go back. Not worth the money.

Got my nails done yesterday and they are already chipping....for $60+tip
it looks like I did em at home myself. I have been to a few places over the last few months and will not return here. I rarely leave bad reviews like this but simply nails did a superior job that lasted 3 weeks for $50 so .... 1 day of sub par nails for $60 is awful. I have to go get them redone or deal with trash nails. Stay away. 2 stars because of they were kind

I just had my second appointment with Marc! He is thorough, careful and just my favorite! I love this place! Thank you again Marc!!, Everyone there was working hard and so very pleasant!

I asked for a design and they said no problem. It was clear the nail tech was not experienced with designs and instead of saying that, which would have been fine, they completely botched my nails. When I asked for it to be fixed they said it will look better after clear coat was applied. They told me to wait under the fan for 10 minutes to let them dry but the design still felt wet so I continued to wait. At the 15 minute mark I was strongly encouraged that they were dry and I would be fine to put my shoes on even though the design still felt tacky. I felt disregarded the entire time and even when I voiced my concerns they were written off. When I got home and took my shoes off the designs were completely smudged or wiped off. I should have just stayed home and did them myself.
