Dave was awesome! He's very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dave was very detailed in his report and sat down with my wife & I when he was done with the inspection to explain what he found and what it means. I really liked the detail, the videos and just the overall presentation and the report. I would highly recommend Dave for a home inspection!
