Scott was incredibly thorough in his inspection. He was happy to answer questions and provide additional info along the way as we are first time home buyers. Bonus points for easy online scheduling and a visually appealing/easy to understand report. We are so glad we chose Brightside to inspect our home!

Scott helped us so much with his inspection. Gave us enough insight to know our potential first home wasn’t suitable for us. A lot of things were wrong- but the seller fixed it up with beautiful updates and what we couldn’t see with the naked eye Scott explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions and concerns! He was unbiased and honest! And found things we couldn’t even imagine would be wrong!! He was extremely flexible!! He was great and really really helped us! Scott was very easy to work with and very professional through out the entire process. He explained what he was looking for in each room and gave us detailed answers when we peppered him with questions! After seeing his inspection report we are in a better position to know what to expect in the years to come.
