“We were very pleased with our choice to hire Tri-State to trouble shoot our automated gate system installed by another firm. I won't go into details about that, suffice it to say, we were forced to look elsewhere for proper technical support and solutions to our problems with the gate operator install. I was literally prepared to spend another $35 thousand to rip everything out that had been installed and replace with new more reliable technology. Jeannette at Tri State in good faith steered me to a tech visit before I made any rash decisions. She sent Michael down with an assistant, and, they fixed the gate in three minutes......literally. Very happy with them!”
