Matt ( owner ) was very responsive to my request for a quote on a driveway gate. I found their website after looking for photos of wood gates and their finished gates looked amazing! Matt was able to answer all my questions via email and I felt like customer service is his top priority. Very informative and helpful in addressing any issues or questions. Tri State Gate is the #1 best company to call for automatic estate entry gates-period. I see with 5x power magnification loupes everyday so I'm used to looking closely when I work. I am a tough customer to deal with when workers or product are not 100%. My project involved the village's tough Architectural Review Board, bringing in electric, Cat6 cables & wifi, and a steep pitch.
