I was recognized did to them by my electrician, showed up said they'd get back to me wasted my time waiting for them. Call them five times thought maybe they had a family emergency. No consideration for anybody I am letting my electrician known never to use them or recommend them
Joe, the owner is very honest and knowledge plumber. Family owned and operated, so you know you're getting a more personal experience (no talking to robots over the phone, or impersonal call centers). If you work with JLM, you're actually working with JML, and more than likely talking to Joe or one of his master plumber techs.
