Such a special place and hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Babylon Village. I always leave a class feeling revitalized and centered. Jackie & Amandas classes always lift my spirits and do a body good! Highly recommend especially if you are looking for a place that will make you feel warm and welcomed no matter how little or often you go!
I have been a student at Long Island Center for Yoga for 10 years. I was initially drawn to the studio by the variety of classes offered. There are so many reasons why I am grateful for this space. The teachers here are wonderful human beings who are knowledgeable, warm and compassionate. I always feel safe and supported. This place is truly a hidden gem. As soon as you walk through the door, you can feel the warmth and care that Jackie, the owner, has poured into this space. Her presence is calming, genuine, and encouraging—whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, she meets you exactly where you are.
The studio has an intimate, community feel that you don’t get at larger commercial places. Each class feels personal and intentional, and the instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate. It’s the kind of environment where you can slow down, breathe, and actually reconnect with yourself.
