I lost heat Friday night. I called Hills Saturday morning and Erin was very helpful and explain details about my tankless hot water heater. He covered the cost to have someone come on the weekend which was very reasonable for a weekend service call. The technician showed up about 1 hour later and was able to quickly identify the issue and was able to restore the boiler. He also identified an issue that had occurred due to normal usage and had a replacement part for my boiler with him. The service was excellent, the quality of the work and the technician was excellent and the value was bar far excellent for a week end service call. We had multiple issues with the company that installed the boiler and didn't want to have them come back. I would strongly recommend Hills heating if you have a problem with your heating system. Very impressed, arrived on time, technician (Jeff) was cordial , experienced and professional. He replaced the heat exchanger very quickly , no time was wasted. I highly recommend this company.

At 10 PM my furnace stopped working last night when it was 16 degrees outside. I've never had an issue before and didn't know who to call. Spent the evening rotating electric heaters in front of my kitchen sink and 2 bathroom plumbing fixtures. Luckily I have a fireplace in my living room, so I was able to stay warm as I fretted! Next morning, after a friend's recommendation, I called Hill's who had a tech to my place within 2 hrs-I did not ask for emergency service, as I had made it through the night unscathed. Jeff diagnosed the problem within minutes and having the part in his service vehicle, had it quickly repaired as well as cleaning another part up. Repair/service bill was reasonable. Informed of emergency service availability if ever needed. House is again warmed up. Recommended. Thank you Hill's! Thank you Jeff!
