I can always rely on Grand Heating & Air Conditioning Co! Service technician arrived on time and completed the pre-season warranty clean and check. Work area was cleaned up before he left. The invoice contained a written summary of the work done. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Grand Heating & Air Conditioning Co is an excellent company. Highly recommend.
Bruce called about 30 minutes before appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. Asked me if there were any issues as this was a maintenance call. There were none so he got right to work. Took care of everything. Made sure gate was closed securely so dog could not get out. Explained that all looked really good. Bruce was the technician and he has been here before. Very pleasant person.
Bruce provided our semiannual HVAC service this morning. We could not be happier with his kindness & competence. Not only was his service professional & outstanding, he informed us of your new Service Plan—which we have wanted for years.
