I recently used Vivi’s Pet Care for cat grooming, and I highly recommend them. From the start, booking was incredibly smooth, and they were always very responsive over email. On the day of the appointment, both the receptionist and Vivi herself were friendly and professional. Before starting the service, Vivi took the time to set clear expectations, and I really appreciated her candidness. It was a great service all around!

I had been looking to groom my mini poodle for a while now and several neighbors, along with my own research, recommended vivi. They were able to give me an appointment just 2 days from my inquiry and I loved that already! Their facility is clean & welcoming. It took about 2 hours to groom my poodle, it included full shave, shampoo, teeth clean, anal gland, nails clipped and he had a total change in appearance & attitude. I’ve been bringing my dog here for grooming and couldn’t be happier! The staff is gentle, professional, and clearly love what they do. My dog always comes home looking great, smelling fresh, and—most importantly—happy and relaxed. They take their time to make sure everything is done right and treat every pet like their own.
