Out of all the laundromat's in this Astoria area this one is the best! I’ve been coming for a year and won’t be leaving! It’s always clean and organized, machines always work at their 100% and the staff is amazing! Ana is very helpful and always makes sure things are clean. She’s always willing to go above and beyond to help you with anything and make sure things flow nicely for everyone at the laundry!

For my experience at the laundromat I’ve known Ana my entire childhood life pretty much grew up there with her and the reviews I see here are definitely not true she’s a wonderful and caring person and will help in anything you need help laundromat is always clean machines work well and fast and yes sometimes it gets busy there at times not all the time but if patients things will get done and right but all the workers there are amazing ppl please just be patient with them Everyone is welcome to soft bubble's thank you everyone have a blessed day

This place is very clean and I’ve never had an issue when I go . I’ve been coming here for 9 years now and never had an issue . Sometimes it gets busy but what laundromat in Astoria isn’t , let’s be real. I find Ana to be very sweet and helpful when I go in and need anything she’s very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to how I should wash certain articles of clothing and the best way to dry also. The owner is also very nice and is very professional . Love this place .
