The initial call
-I called several different companies. Elegant was the most responsive and courteous over the phone. The process of making an appointment was very easy, simply requiring a few photos and asking some very basic questions. The wait time for an appointment is also very reasonable.
The work
- The service team was extremely punctual, explained the process, then meticulously laid down drop cloths in my home as to not damage anything. An exhaust fan was run out of our bathroom window to minimize the odor that comes with this type of work.
