Bradley and Kelvin came to my apt. on UWS to fix a leak in one of my bathtub spigots. They did a great job and were really nice to deal with. I had asked for a worker who would agree to wear a mask. Both guys came up the stairs to my apt. already wearing really good, tight fitting masks! (Not a small thing for someone who is immune compromised.)
They got to work right away, and quickly figured out what the problem was. They had what they needed to fix it, and in about a half hour they were done-no more leak!

Jon and his partner Rishey arrived at my parents home this morning. They were (1) On Time (2) Respectful as my 90 year old parents were still asleep - they were so quiet (3) Knowledgeable - after quickly resolving our plumbing issue Jon explained in details what he did & cleaned up for me too!! (10 zillion stars for being so meticulous with the clean-up) , and last but not least the guys were so very nice! BPNY this team represents you so WELL!! This company is incredible. I called, I wasn’t getting heat from my radiator. Within literally 15 minutes a young man named Franky came and, I don’t know what he did but the heat is back on. I will definitely spread the word. These guys are magicians. Thank you AP. I am grateful and will make you the go to guys.
