“Overall, I had a positive experience at this nail salon! My first impression was how careful and extremely welcoming the owner was when she was on the phone with me. Her commitment in helping me get an appointment was something that really caught my attention. When I got to the salon it was packed, which gave me the impression how further committed the owner is in following up with calls even when things are busy. Truly a remarkable trait.

Now to the nails. Steven (or Stephen?) was my nail tech. He was honestly so precise, careful, and direct with communication. He honored my needs on being cautious using the nail drills and acetone soaks since my nails were more on the weak side. I felt no pain, and my nails didn’t feel compromised. I felt absolutely relieved. He did UV gel on my nails and they turned out so beautifully! I loved how throughout the process he asked me if I wanted to lengthen my nails as it was an option with uv gel.. I was touched how he was not bothered about being willing to deal with painting long nails that wasn’t originally stated in the appointment. Again amazing dedication to the customers and not making them feel like just another “number”. I did end up getting one nail with extension since it was shorter than the rest.. an option I didn’t realize I could do. I love my nails, they are beautiful. Thank you so much Steven!!!“
