I had a one hr deep tissue massage by Mary Kay. Every bit of the massage was enjoyable even when breaking up knots with deep tissue. Usually that part can be tense. Her method was very intentional on how she approached muscle knots and tension. Id describe it as kindly and assertively pushing the tension out. Cozy, clean and safe feeling environment. It felt like i booked a mini vaca at an Inn. Highly recommend this facility and this massage therapist
