“I saw Bob a few months ago after a friend, while out on a trip in San Francisco, recommended I look into neuromuscular massage therapy for excruciating neck/shoulder pain I was experiencing. I had been going to a physical therapist but it wasn't making an impact or at least not as quickly as I hoped. This was my first time having this type of massage and WOW, it was impressive. I think everybody should experience this. I intended on going for a second session, if needed, but the pain was virtually gone! Bob also showed me a couple of stretches I can do at home which I did in combination with at-home PT exercises and stretches. I didn't have to do them too long after before I was completely pain free. Hopefully that doesn't change but if it does, I'll be sure to book with Bob again. Highly recommend!“
