Mold is our kryptonite as we have been made sick by mold poisoning in the past. So, when buying a house, we have to be careful beyond the average family. That means deep, intense testing. Charles has been phenomenal in helping us decide if a house we are considering buying is safe for our health issues (and, if not, what we can do to make it safe. the tests aren't all back yet!). Tho he had to travel quite a way, his inspection was meticulous and beyond thorough. He spent nearly 8 hours going into every nook and cranny. He knows where to look, how to ensure the home is safe including the furnace and HVAC system. He was also very careful with making sure we would not overspend on unnecessary tests which we appreciate (altho we went for some more expensive ones at the get go anyway). And then after that full day, he hustled to make fedex to ensure the tests would be evaluated in a safe and expeditious timeline and THEN dropped off the cultures to the lab in person. Further, bc of the purchase timeline, he rescheduled other clients to be able to assess our house so we could get all tests back within our inspection timeline. He is also very well versed on newer technologies and proper remediation techniques for air handling and venting systems.UPDATE: The tests showed mold issues due to neglect and some rodent infestation. We decided to go forward with the house and closed in July. After we remediated, we had Charles back to test. Despite the excellent work our remediators did do, the house failed as there was still hidden mold in the ceiling between the first and second floors ... which we only found because Charles' insisted that we get rodent specialist in to analyze that ongoing issue (something we were planning to do after the mold was managed). The pest specialist pulled out insulation near a section of the ceiling exposed as we were removing a wall and found evidence of nesting. We removed the ceiling and insulation and boom... mold. Without Charles' meticulous and fastidious analysis and testing, we would have not found the true source of our problem! We can now move in with clear heads and a home without mold. He also helped us determine how to manage crawlspaces and our attached garage as well. Really, he is a meticulous genius. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Pedro & Jim provided me with a detailed explanation of costs for a project my wife and I are considering in the coming year. They were both very nice, easy to communicate with and generally a pleasure to deal with. Their estimate was fair and competitive. I'm so fortunate to have found this dance studio! The teachers are great (friendly, professional, and talented) and the atmosphere is wonderful (warm, welcoming, and fun). As well as the excellent dance instruction and practice I get at each lesson, I'm also making good friends!
I was impressed by the nicely appointed waiting room with free coffee, which was a great touch. Dr. Sood and his team were extremely knowledgeable and made the treatment process a painless endeavor. I was pleased that I didn't have to wait to be seen, and I appreciated how thoroughly they examined my veins. Overall, I highly advise anyone with varicose veins to visit Vein Center Doctor. It's worth the trip from Ardsley, NJ.

Diego and the Westchester Pro Contracting team did an awesome job. We had a smaller project that Diego took the time to come out and quote, was very responsive answering all of my questions, and ultimately saw the project through from start to finish. The work was done exactly as discussed, on time as agreed, and without any issues, lingering mess, or any complications. Diego made sure throughout that he was checking in and ready to address any questions I had. Given the size of the project a few other contractors I reached out to didn’t bother to come over to quote, but compared to two others that provided quote, Diego was very reasonable. I would certainly use Westchester Pro again and would recommend Diego and his team to others.
The staff and owner at Evergreen Cleaners are amazing! I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. My wife started calling any number she could find, and miraculously, we reached an employee who was incredibly kind and understanding. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.
On a Sunday, the owner himself came out to help us — that’s true customer service! I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Evergreen Cleaners!

Frank's Home Improvements is incredible. We bidding these job to several contractors and decided on Frank's based on price, reputation and Frank himself. I can honestly tell you that we never ever regretted that decision. Frank is a man of his word and absolutely every team he sent here from masons, siding, framers, electricians, plumbers, painters and carpenters were incredible. Their attention to detail was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend Frank's over and over again!!!

I stopped by to get a haircut and a color change, and it's so nice that a kind director with the best service and great skills wants to come often. You're good at nail art, and everything is the best. When I feel like being treated like a VIP, I really want to visit and transform myself nicely.
$60 for 60 minutes. I'm not sure how much a longer massage would be but the 60 minute was excellent. The people there are so sweet and polite, they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. The place was very clean and tidy. They also use hot stones and warm towels for a part of the massage which is sooo nice. The woman who gave me my massage was great, she was very kind and very strong! Def going here again soon!
Dr. Navarro is the most patient attentive kind and lovely dentist I’ve ever been to!! I’ve been going to her since I was 18 and I have to drive over two hours to come see her every year but she’s the only person I am willing to go to. I highly recommend her!!!

I truly Love Salon 877 , Today was my 4th time ever going to this Salon. ALL of the staff is EXTREMELY friendly, & makes me feel like I FIT RIGHT IN. It gives a home-like yet Upscale salon Feeling Which I LOVE. LINDA IS MY GIRL, she's absolutely awesome! I am a natural level 2 or 3 Brunette, & I go to a LEVEL 10 PLATINUM BLONDE, & I've gotten my hair done by Linda 3 of the 4 x I've been to this salon, & I can say that SHE GETS ME to my GOAL , BUT always keeps the integrity of my hair in tact. And bleaching / doing root touch-ups every couple of months, & not overlapping (so NO BREAKAGE occurs) , & always keeps my hair healthy & ALSO happy with the color I get, Is EVERYTHING I could ask for. I recommend this salon, the staff is awesome, & have seen many other clients walking out looking stunning! I DO FEEL IF you want to go a HIGH LIFT BLONDE Linda is the lady to go to (in my opinion / my experience) & has FAIR PRICES (& let's be real, some of us , don't always have the funds to go to the salon.... BUT their rates are FAIR especially for what you get, & is ONE of **MANY REASONS** I will always go to Salon 877) ! 5/5 ⭐ !
