“We built and moved into our dream retirement home one year ago. The house sits up on a bluff overlooking a valley. Not long after moving in we noticed that the hillside was eroding and the soil under our porch and sunroom was receding. The original contractor tried a couple of fixes but only made the situation worse. We reached out to Lenny at STR to make arrangements for him to come out to access. The situation was deteriorating rapidly so we took pictures and sent them to STR. Lenny dropped everything and realized this could be a dire situation. He and his crew were out shortly thereafter to make emergency repairs to save our home. More work to be done but we appreciate all of the work STR has completed to date.
