Ive been using SPECO cameras and NVRs since 2013 and in that time went through several generations of cameras. I am on my fourth generation of cameras and NVRs as I like to keep with current trends and technology. Much like people who upgrade their phone or computer every so many years.

I am very happy how their product has improved both hardware and software. The AI features of line crossing help with mitigating false alerts. In that time I have had to replace two products that failed during the FIVE year warranty time. Both times the replacement process was seamless.

Speco cameras have been a solid solution for a long time. The software design and development may have something's so be desired however the equipment is great and would try out almost anything with their name on it.

Best Brand I've ever experienced. Have 18 years experience with this brand. With Quality, Support, Reliability, nothing comes close. Have experience with Axis, Pelco, etc. What is even best, is you are supporting a United States Company, in New York. When you call, you speak to an American working out of their New York Location, not someone overseas. Some other brands you can't even call, by email only. All negative reviews here, MUST be competition or end user not having a clue what they are doing.
