Positives, any time I have called with an acute issue they get me right in. The PA I see regularly is attentive and listens and addresses my health concerns when they arise. Negatives, I have sometimes had issues with getting refills for my medication.

Wouldn't even bridge me on a med I've been on a long time until I saw a new specialist, despite extreme symptoms causing me to miss work and have little to none quality of life. Didn't seem to understand why I was having intensified symptoms since having covid, it's a shame there are so few doctors willing to prescribe effective medicine especially during a pandemic. One more reason NY state is messed up.

So disappointed at the limited hours. I really needed them today on a Wednesday at the are only open till noon today. Guys, you are taking care of people’s health you’ve got to be there for them. I needed to have you fax a referral to a specialist today plus I was going to stop by to get a school paper signed for my child. Now I have to take time off another day to stop out. Very inconvenient hours. Wish I could work 3 hours and call it a day.
