“Keith and his team were fantastic! We had a fairly substantial water and insect rot issue along the back of our house. It was bad! Pulling siding down, jacking the house up in places, new supports, windows, doors, and all the finishing work. It was intense and let’s just say my wife and I we were in a state of shock. Keith handled it all wonderfully. He was extremely sympathetic with what we were facing, but honest and up front about all of it. Explained what we were up against, and what could be done. Consulted with others and came up with a plan. We never felt like we were in the dark or that what he wanted to do wasn’t what was best for us. He was fair and open and extremely knowledgeable and hard working. His team was talented and thorough, and extremely clean. Bruce is an absolute gem. The man is a wonder of knowledge and amazingly industrious, and good natured to a fault! He was a pleasure to greet every morning. Keith never failed to update us on what was happening on the job, and always responded to our texts and calls right away. I’ve never had a contractor as communicative with us as Keith’s team. Were there surprises along the way? You bet. That was the nature of this project. But Keith never failed to let us know whatever was happening. He even came in a little bit less than his estimate, which I was so impressed with. We were so pleased with the result, and we wouldn’t hesitate to have him back or recommend him to friends and family.“
