“LSG completed a garage demolition on my rental property in Pittsfield. The site was challenging because of how tight and restrictive maneuvering would be, but it was also situated on the 100 year flood plain. This is something i hadn't even considered when planning, however Logan knew exactly what steps needed completed to ensure the permit got approved. During the course of the work, i was informed every morning about what time his crew would arrive and what task they were completing that day. This was important because i had to communicate with my tenants and keep them informed myself. Logan was also exceptionally clean and contained the debris to the footprint of the foundation. Pricing was fair and i would use them again in a heartbeat!”
