I like going there, 99% I do spray tan, rooms and cubicles could be updated and cleaner, bathroom always dirty, shouldn't be up to the girls that work there to clean, they need a service and if they already have a service, they need a new one.

I frequently visit the Stuyvesant Plaza and N. Greenbush locations, and both are always very prompt, professional and clean. The bathrooms are also very clean, which is important to anyone, I'm sure! You're never pressured into buying anything, and the people who work at these locations are always friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't had a single bad experience with ZoomTan. They do close early (8pm most days, and 5pm on weekends), but Zoom Tan's policy allows anyone who shows up before closing to stay as long as needed so they can have a complete tanning session, which I've appreciated on more than one occasion. It's clean, the people are friendly, no complaints. I don't understand the negative comments. I was going there when it was the prior tanning company. Really not bad. I get great color every time!
