Thanks, WW Studio for helping me with my weight loss journey! Since most WW Studios in the region cut back on their hours during the pandemic, I eventually spread my weigh ins between Guilderland, East Greenbush and Latham. I did the bulk of my in-person weigh ins at your studio because you seemed to keep longer hours and offered more flexibility. I also enjoyed your workshops. The staff also helped me sign up so I could eventually become eligible for lifetime membership. That took a little bit of doing because I signed up through the WW 800 number and the representative initially placed me into the wrong plan.Sometimes, it got crowded at your studio. There's a good size customer base there, especially on sales days. I think you had a snack sale the last time I showed up. Everyone was masked. Everyone was friendly. The staff was very patient and careful to follow protocols. The studio space looks very clean. The location--which is at a mall on Western Avenue--is easy to reach with plenty of parking. Everyone offered plenty of encouragement. Thanks again

Great nearby location. I like the products, especially the 3 month journals. The staff and leaders are very friendly and since they’ve now opened back up, I’m happy with that.
