Alec K. is amazing! Always on time, always on a great mood, and Alec goes out of his way to pick up the refuse that falls around the side and makes sure the roll off dumpster returns to the same exact spot.

Service was fine, however a 20% in the service cost was not. When I tried to cancel the service the "Chat" person blew me off. Told me that she could not do that. I found no other way - so I just will not pay the invoice. Come pick up you "cans" I have contracted with Twin Bridges for less cost than I was paying WM for last years service.
