I had a quick visit yesterday for 2 items i was looking for. I asked one associate and she quickly gave me a couple of options. At checkout, I asked the associate for a light perfume spray recommendation for my pre teen because I noticed some impulse items at the checkout area. She stopped our check out transaction and walked us over to a display and we bought 1 of the 2 she recommended.
I have been to Saratoga Springs Ulta many times and unfortunately have not ever had a positive experience. I now typically wait until I can get to the Colonie Ulta despite the extra distance. (SP is 40 minutes away and Colonie is an hour drive.)
I met Rachel.O in Colonie Centers Ulta and she was so much help. Kept in mind my skin is very sensitive and didn’t pressure me to buy things also was very patient with all my questions and I was able to walk out with products I was happy with.

I planned a really special birthday celebration for my daughter. Emily who is the manager was so accommodating! The salon staff did an amazing job putting tinsel in all the girls hair. Emily even came to the back to help. The girls had a great time and looked so cute .
