The peanut butter is amazing, but they take a very long time to ship and aren't very communicative.
An example of this is that we've been waiting for an order for about two months and now they seem to have suddenly shut their doors without notice.

Ordered peanut butter on April 10th. On May 7th, I received notice that my peanut butter was shipped. Almost three weeks pass and I have not received my peanut butter, so I send them an email asking either that my peanut butter be sent or that I receive a refund. Another 8 days pass and I have no peanut butter, no refund, and not even a courteous response to my email indicating they will look into it. Order from these people at your own risk. I never will again.

I’ve tried every peanut butter available in my area (Albany NY) and on line. I’ve found that the Peanut Principle is by far the best peanut butter I’ve ever eaten. Honey Roasted is fantastic! Many diffferent choices and all are seriously delicious!

I should have come here first before ordering from them. I got a couple of their peanut butters from them at a craft fair. Then I decided to order more. That was a month ago. I have received nothing, and they never answer their phone or respond to my email. I have emailed and called several times. This is a really terrible way to interact with customers. IF they are at a fair or show and you can purchase in person, great do that. BUT IF YOU WANT TO ORDER ONLINE, you would be better shopping elsewhere.

I ordered butterscotch but I got peanut butter instead. Not disappointed but still very upset about this. In the future make your names less freaking misleading!

I had ordered from here awhile back and my ordered took almost a full month and a half to get to me. Foolishly, I had to order from here again, I had get dog peanut butter so I can sneak her antibiotics from her surgery. I had ordered this June 9th. It is now June 19th and it still says "awaiting fulfillment"! My dog is already finished with her medicine, so if I ever get my purchase it just going to be whatever snack. I will NEVER order here ever again. I'm in the 518 area, and the fact it takes a month plus to get anything delivered from this place is horrible.I had ordered from other sites located in different states and I get a reply and shipped to my house in a matter of 3 to 4 days.

I have ordered many times Regardless of which peanut butter I get have always enjoyed it Will continue ordering as long as they’re in business. Definitely recommend my favorite has got to be the peanut butter and jelly mix.

Shipping takes forever and the consistency is way off. I've received butters that's oily, dry, missing ingredients and added ingredients. Took forever to get the macadamia nut order and wasn't worth it at all. Not buying from again and taking business elsewhere.

Just got two varieties from the farmer's market in Troy, they're hands down the best PB I've EVER had. The butterscotch crisp deserves a special shout-out, this one was my partner's pick, it's a sweet flavor with an addicting rice crisp texture. Cannot recommend enough!!!!
