Decided on a whim to get an area rug cleaned & Googled “closest to me.” Hand delivered the rug because I was already out & got a tour of the new location. While there I set up an appointment to have some rugs in my home done. Technician Lavar (which ironically means to wash in Spanish) arrived on time, dressed professionally & explained the process well. He did a thorough job & although not fully dry, the difference is amazing! Wish I had taken more before/after pictures. There is zero odor & the products used are pet/family friendly. Our tech was excellent in explaining what he could and what he might not be able to achieve with my stains. She was very considerate of our newly painted walls and took great effort to make sure he kept everything clean. The outcome of the cleaning was better than we could even expected, especially the stairs.
