Massage was not great and overpriced. All the other service was good it was just an extremely overpriced massage that just wasn’t good. It was $360 per person for a couples massage (100 minutes, includes the mandatory 20% gratuity).
The day pass at Spa Mirabeau in Albany was worth. They have great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the staff didn’t come across very warm or attentive, with only one team member being genuinely kind to us. On my second visit, I had issues with sandal sizes, which wasn’t handled well. Also, I felt the food was overpriced; Almost $60 for a burger and drink was excessive. Overall, it’s a lovely facility, but service and pricing could use improvement.
I went to the spa with friends for a birthday celebration. I had a great facial! We went to the bistro where the food was delicious but I was overcharged. I called right away after noticing and they said they would refund me the overcharge which they didn’t. I’ve called multiple times for a direct number I was given and finally had to dispute it with my credit card. I won’t be returning for this reason. Other than that my experience was great.
