I used Juan several times for my Bichon. Each time he looked great afterwards, but the appointments took progressively longer and Juan arrived later than scheduled every time. The last appointment I had he arrived a full two hours late and took three hours with the dog, and Juan informed me after the appointment that he had to muzzle my dog during the groom. I hadn’t been asked if this was ok, and I’ve not seen my dog be aggressive with people so I was super confused by that, as well as as why Juan didn’t just text me to pop out and talk it over, since his van is parked in my driveway a few feet away from my house. Juan groomed my little Cavapoo Macie yesterday. It was her first grooming experience since she is 11 weeks old. Great job he did grooming her. She was stress free and absolutely looking more adorable after grooming. Juan, you are a great groomer. And your love for animals is greatly appreciated. If anyone is looking for a great groomer. My Pomeranian never looked so well groomed until we found Juan!! Juan’s a great guy, professional and as my husband says as a real calm demeanor. Who wouldn’t want that in the person you trust with your dog?! We super grateful that he comes right to our home and our dog doesn’t have to be stressed with going to building to be kept all day!
