I haven't really been able to get a proper haircut in about 18 months because of the pandemic so I was long overdue. I had gotten a few haircuts throughout that time just to hold me over, but none that I was really happy with.My hair is really finicky and is definitely showing my age so I always need to go through lengths to explain my thoughts/concerns to explain how I want my hair cut, but a lot of times my comments seem to fall on deaf ears and my haircut doesn't really come out the way I was hoping for it to look. The person will usually say something along the lines of, "I think I know what you're saying", without really showing me how they actually understood me....read full review
Had an amazing service with Karen! She was extremely professional, clean, and talented. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, still leaving a lot of length and body. My hair looks incredible and she was extremely kind and welcoming. This was the first time I went to a salon near my university region and I can whole heartedly say I will be coming again!
I came to Karen expressing my needs for a much needed trim, still wanting to keep length and volume. She made my hair look so healthy and gave it a lot of movement. Service here is extremely professional and the salon is clean and modern. Karen was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process and made me feel welcomed! I will definitely come back!
