Midway through a day-long trip on a hot day, a warning about high coolant temperatures threatened to derail our vacation. Fortunately we were just minutes away from Empire Auto Garage! Ali was so kind and friendly, and came out immediately into the hot sun to check our engine and refill the coolant, despite a full garage. He sent us on our way with extra coolant and instructions for how to keep watch in case there were leaks in the system. Saying that this was their gift to us, he refused any payment for the help. This is undoubtedly the very best experience we have ever had in over 40 years of car service. Thank you Ali!
