PFRS was outstanding from start to finish. DJ and his team responded quickly to a dryer fire that caused smoke damage throughout the entire house. They communicated clearly, and handled everything with care and expertise. He worked closely with our insurance adjuster and helped us navigate the entire process. His cleaning and mitigation crew did an amazing job and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend!

We experienced an electrical fire just two days before Christmas, and it was an incredibly stressful situation. Thankfully, PFRS responded quickly and helped us navigate the cleanup and restoration process. Their team was professional, efficient, and understanding, which made a very difficult time much smoother for us.

The owner DJ was personally involved and engaged from the beginning of the process to the end... He made a complex claim easy to resolve. DJ had personal relationships with all the insurance company representatives which made managing the claim easy... All of his employees that came to our house have been with him for years and were excellent at their jobs and good to work with. I highly recommend DJ & PFR.
