AJ is the man He is always a pleasure to talk with. He’s both knowledgeable on many different topics and very personable / down to earth. He knows how to cut hair. I’ve asked him for multiple different types of cuts over the past year and he always delivers. I have deferred to his expert opinion on how much to take off and I’m glad I did. Always professional and respectful, he makes himself very accessible to clients who work a 9 to 5 shift and for that I am much appreciative.

I had an excellent experience at this barbershop in Albany. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. The shop is run by a father-son duo, and you can really feel the pride they take in their work and the welcoming atmosphere they’ve created.
One thing that really stood out is that they’re open early on Mondays, which is incredibly convenient and hard to find. The environment is calm, professional, and just overall a great place to start your day.

Dae is by far the best barber I have had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by. He treats his work with a passion and with such style and ease that will leave you satisfied. Great conversationalist and professional. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and he nailed it to perfection. The establishment has a feel about it that I have yet to experience elsewhere; you can truly feel the history behind the shop. Added bonus is the music that’s played. 10/10 will be returning.
