Had a new Ruud two stage AC installed by NE, just on the cusp of the latest heat dome.. Price was reasonable ( I know what the equipment costs and they use a normal hourly charge for this area). Tyler got me proposals very quickly with cut sheets I asked for. The two fellows who did the install work were friendly, worked diligently, even in the heat (!), and answered all my questions . Installation was neatly done. People at the office were friendly and responsive. I hope the new AC unit is reliable but only time can tell.
We had a problem with our furnace… within an hour two technicians were here and repaired it. They were excellent .. explained everything they did. We are scheduling them to come back to check our air conditioning. I highly recommend them.
We were in desperate need of a new furnace, a-coil and AC unit. I received upwards of eight quotes, some over the phone, I was able to do this based on the fact that I knew what we had and what I wanted and needed. Other estimates were conducted in person at our home.
