My wife and I just bought a house and understood there was some roofing repairs needed. Joe was reccomended to me by a family member and he and his teamed assessed the situation - the entire roof needed to be replaced. Not what you want to hear after just buying a house, but Joe gave us the peace of mind we needed through the entire process.
The house is unique, and once construction began, what they found was shocking - every single sheet of roof decking was wood rotted, and the roof was designed in a way that could not properly ventilate and sheer edges that made normal drip edge less than ideal for moisture control.
I needed a new roof on a 16 by 20 foot shed in my backyard. I searched for roofing companies in the Albany areas and called several that had favorable reviews on google and several I was familiar with from internet or television ads. A couple of companies said the job was too small, and all others explained the work that needed done and provided quotes by email. I had my very old roof replaced and Joe and his crew did a great job! They showed up right on time and worked fast. Joe was very responsive throughout the entire process. When they were done they cleaned up beautifully! I'm very happy I chose this company!Service: Roof installation
