Came in for an iPhone battery replacement. Done quickly and expertly. The tech (not sure if he’s the owner) gave me tips on extending the battery life. Highly recommended.

Wow, amazing customer service, friendly staff, quick turnaround for a walk-in, and super cute and sweet repair dogs to wait with. 100% recommend and will go back again. Haley helped us at the store: she was so kind and fixed everything really quickly. I’m truly amazed with the level of service here!

I had a problem with the port in my phone and it wouldn't charge. I called PrecisionFix on 278 New Scotland Ave in Albany and spoke to Shawn. I was able to go in the same day and and he fixed the port. I did find out that Shawn also fixed my husband's phone a while back. This place is awesome and would highly recommend them. Kudos to Shawn for a job well done.
