We had issues with our ac not working and Main Care responded very quickly! I was very grateful for the quick response! And the technician that performed the service was extremely professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you Devon and Main Care!

On a cold night recently, we suddenly realized that the house was unusually cool and then we discovered that the furnace was not working. Normally the thermostat was always at the set point temperature (or within a degree when it would turn on the furnace), but now it was six degrees below that on a night where it was 29 degrees outside. We called Main-Care and a service technician arrived within the hour. He worked diligently to determine the cause of the malfunction but after ruling out many possible causes, by 1:00 AM we all thought we should call it a night.
