Kevin was knowledgeable and considerate. My fridge was frozen over so we couldn’t tell which part was broken. The parts had to be ordered either way, so rather than charge me for the extra time to defrost the fridge and do the additional diagnosis, he ordered all the parts that may be needed and just returned what we didn’t use. He called me the day the parts came in so I could defrost it myself, and be ready for them to be installed. He is knows what he’s doing, and generally seems like a nice guy. My dogs stopped barking pretty quickly if that tells you anything :-)

My 25 year old fridge was freezing up, they came out, quickly diagnosed a possible problem, fixed that problem along with a warning that it might take a second trip to change another part. 2 days later, as warned, the problem returned. They came back, replaced the second part and just charged me the cost of the part, no labor charge. A week later it started acting up again. They charged me NOTHING to come look and replaced a wire that had been damaged by the old burned out part. NO CHARGE. BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

Kevin is a good dude. Fair pricing. Service was good. Said he we would be there and was there exactly as stated. Will call him again but next time he has to bring some jerk chicken ;)
