Would definitely recommend. My refrigerator stop working and I found KB appliances on a google search. I reached out and Kevin responded quickly. He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed my refrigerator. He showed up to the appointment on time and was very professional and courteous. His prices are fairly decent and he doesn’t try to get over on you. If ever I need an appliance fixed or even cleaned, I would contact Kevin in a heartbeat.

My ice machine wasn't working, so I called Kevin. He accommodated me the same day. Kevin was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Kevin was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us diagnose our 8 year old fridge and returned shortly after the parts arrived. We ultimately decided to replace the fridge (through no fault of Kevin's) and we weren't charged for parts he didn't use.
