She is a true expert at her craft, with such a warm, funny, relaxed personality, and the entire staff is also talented and welcoming. You feel like an old friend stepping into the salon. I've had many variations of a pixie cut/bob over the years, and Rita always understands my latest inspiration. She knows what my hair can and can't do, and what will look good on my face. The highlights/lowlights are always perfectly placed and natural, and the color is exactly what I envision. I've never gone to another salon where the work is always perfect and you never leave upset or disappointed. I've had dozens of people ask me where I get my hair done over the years! Tori, Meadow and Karen are also fantastic stylists whose work I admire whenever I'm there. I'll be a client for life, and you should be too!“
