Starting with conversations on the phone with Angie while traveling 8 hours to Virginia and trying to start the process remotely, she was very understanding and comforting while I was trying to make arrangements for the family. After my mom's passing, I knew we were in good hands with Cannon. Paperwork in Virginia was slow over a holiday weekend but John and Angie assisted in pushing it along, and making all the arrangements to have the remains transported back to Albany. When we got back to Albany and met with them, it was an easy process as they walked us through the entire process and made the final preparations.
