Was getting crochet and the lady put superglue in my hair had to cut most of my hair out because of this was charged $110 for poor service and the lady kept wanting me to hold her baby while she braided my hair and the baby had a snotty nose and shitty diaper only good thing is they took me right away

Service was terrible! I was in the shop from 10am to 3pm and the stylist was constantly asking how to do the style (Bohemian Mohawk) I wanted. Even after asking if she knows how to do the style before she began. All that time and not only was my hair not even halfway done, but it wasn't AT ALL what I asked for! I spoke up before my hair was completed to stop any confusion. I was then told that there wasn't anyone else who could do it. I was also told because the stylist couldn't speak English, she can not understand what I want. I think that should have been straightened out before she started. I still paid $100 of the $220 I was asked. Not only am I left with a quarter of my hair done, but I also am out money and time! I will have to take out what is done and start over at a new shop because no one will touch a head that has been started!!! Never will go there again!

I had a crochet hair style done that came out just as I requested. Thank you Destiny (& she doesn’t braid tight) definitely going back-6.13.23 went back to Flos & once again the service was outstanding .. was able to get my hair washed / dyed then crochet by Destiny .. Braids are not the length I asked for, and I called, asked the price, and she told me one price and when it was time to pay, she says another. Will be disputing chargers.

my braids at the very back are slipping out and it hasent even been a week ... the front is messed up and the entire head is already loose!

Wanted to get 2 cornrows done, called and asked if someone would be available the next day to do the, was told yes to come at 11. So the next day I called just to confirm and was told no one was available. Won't go to them again.
