My screen protector fell off my phone not even a day after I got it. But it was only 10 dollars. So I got the quality I was expecting I guess. The guy was friendly though.

This is a really good place to fix one's cell phone. The screen on my phone is broken and they're going to repair it. Furthermore, my phone had lint in it and was having a hard time charging. They fixed that too. Thank you kindly.

I highly recommend Fix Team in Crossgates Mall. I brought two of my PS4s there to be fixed and the technicians were very prompt at calling me to let me know what the issues were, and they were very prompt about fixing them very quickly. They're were also very courteous.

I have been using my wife's old tablet a lot lately. Recently, the screen broke (it first made weird images, then got all pixelated, then finally the tablet wouldn't turn on). We brought it to the mall to see what could be done, and the Best Buy next door pointed us here. The two guys were friendly and suggested that the screen might need to be replaced. They quoted me a price, which seemed high compared to the cost of a new tablet, but there was stuff on this one that I needed so I agreed. I conditioned my approval on the basis that if the new screen wouldn't fix it I didn't want to pay for anything. A couple of days later and they called to say it was fixed. I picked up and brought it home and discovered that most of the screen worked fine but the bottom inch didn't. I talked to them on the phone and they offered to order a new screen. It arrived in a couple of days and they made the switch. The process is somewhat convenient though I wish they had hours later than 7PM during the week. I am pretty busy on the weekends so getting here to drop it off (then pick it up, then drop it off again, then pick it up again) spread the process out a lot longer then I would have liked. They weren't cheap ($160) but they did quote me up front and they were quick and polite.

We had our Samsung screen replaced on 6/12/22. We were told to wait for the corners to dry before using, which we did. It was fine for a couple days then the edges began to slowly crumble and break off. My daughter cut her finger twice on the glass while trying to use it. The 'new' screen slowly cracked and finally the phone became unusable. Sadly, there are no refunds and its only returnable for a week after payment. Do not recommend this service..

After my phone was run over by a car I thought there was no way it was going to work again… The FixTeam got it back to perfect condition in less then 30 minutes and it cost less then another repair shop I tried. Very professional and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend!

The FixTeam did an awesome job for me in repairing my iPhone.I had ATT's warranty company replace the battery in my iPhone 11 and they ended up messing up the screen. Instead of dealing with that hassle a 2nd time, I went next door from the ATT store to FixTeam to see what they could do.Within 20 minutes, Simon and Joe had me walking out of the store with a perfectly functioning phone.They did a bang up job!
